A professionally certified Coach with Master degrees in Major Program Management from the University Of Oxford and Change Leadership from HEC, Paris, he combines practical insights and theoretical perspectives to improve operations management and leadership effectiveness.
In the last decade his work as a Consultant and Coach has focused on developing and implementing complex change programs that align operational and safety improvement initiatives to transform individual and organisational capacities to work safely, efficiently and reliably.

With Master degrees in Occupational Health/Rehabilitation and Change Leadership, she has a track record of facilitating operational performance improvements across a broad range of hazardous industries.
